Bauder Launch New Non-Combustible Pedestal as Part of Our Expanded Range

To aid specifiers who require a non-combustible roof terrace surfacing solution, Bauder has expanded its pedestal range to include a new aluminium non-combustible pedestal and a simple low-cost adjustable pedestal.

Bauder Pedestal Range

Bauder now offers three pedestal designs:

• NC – Non-Combustible Pedestal
• PB – Simple Adjustable Pedestal
• DPH – Slope Adjusting Pedestal

NC Non-Combustible Pedestal

The introduction of the NC Non-Combustible Pedestal provides a solution for fire-sensitive locations, particularly specified attachments where non-combustible products are required, such as high-level balconies.

This all-metal pedestal has been designed to provide the key features expected from a roofing pedestal system:

• Wide base plate
• Simple height adjustment
• Slope correction capability

For further guidance relating to fire regulations and product selection, please refer to Bauder's Fire Protection Statement.

PB & DPH Pedestal Systems

The PB range provides a lower-cost pedestal option to complement the existing DPH range.

Both pedestal systems are supplied with a range of accessories including shims, spacers, joist holders and edging details to accommodate paving, decking and grating applications.

All Bauder pedestal systems are designed with wide base plates to distribute loads across the roof surface.

The DPH system incorporates built-in slope correction capable of accommodating roof falls of up to 5%.
