Bauder Sealant – Change of Formulation
As part of our continuous product improvement programme, we are changing the formulation of Bauder Sealant with immediate effect.
The new product cures more quickly and has a slightly firmer feel when fully cured.
Supporting Literature, Packaging & Documentation
As the new formulation replaces the previous version, the article number will remain unchanged.
The labelling on the new cartridges will be updated to include the latest Health & Safety information.
Revised Technical Data Sheets and Safety Data Sheets accompany this update and will also be available on the Bauder website.
Packaging remains unchanged. Each boxed kit contains:
- 25 x 380ml cartridges and nozzles
- 1 x 500ml tin of primer
There is no change to the primer supplied.
Pricing
The new formulation is supplied at the same price as the previous product.
How to Tell the Difference Between the Old and New Product
The previous product is classified and labelled as Low Modulus, whereas the new formulation is labelled as High Modulus.
Can the Old and New Products Be Used on the Same Project?
Although both products are grey in colour, the new formulation is slightly darker in appearance.
For aesthetic reasons, the old and new formulations should not be mixed on the same project.
