KSA DUO 35

KSA DUO 35 – Change of Appearance of Top Surface

BauderTEC KSA DUO 35 (Item Number: 1602 0000) is currently undergoing a change to the appearance of the product's top surface with the introduction of a new design.

As a reminder, the current KSA DUO 35 is not visually distinguishable from KSA DUO once it is on site, except for the wrapper and the thickness of the product.

After the paper wrapper has been removed, the only visible difference between KSA DUO and KSA DUO 35 is the product thickness, as both products currently share the same top surface appearance.

The new top surface design will allow KSA DUO 35 to be clearly distinguished from standard KSA DUO. Please refer to the accompanying image for an example of the new top surface design.

Changeover Process

The changeover will be introduced gradually and will take place in stages.

Due to logistical considerations, it is not possible to provide a definitive date for when all product stock will have transitioned to the new design.

During the transition period, it is possible that deliveries to the same project may contain products supplied in identical wrappers but with different top surface designs.
