LiquiTOP Self Generated Projects
LiquiTOP prices and guarantees for self generated projects.
Bauder are pleased to announce a scheme to allow Selected Approved LiquiTOP Contractors to use a standard discount on LiquiTOP products and obtain a product or back-to-back guarantee for their own projects that have not been specified by Bauder.
How does the scheme work?
As a Selected Approved Contractor, you will receive a quote with the discount rates for the LiquiTOP range of products. These material rates can be used on your own non-Bauder specified projects. Orders can be supplied to stock or delivered directly to site.
You can also request a product or back-to-back guarantee to complement your own workmanship guarantee.
Does the discount rate cover other Bauder materials?
Only the LiquiTOP products themselves will be available at the special discount rate:
- LiquiTOP PU
- LiquiTOP Glass Fibre Mat
- LiquiTOP General Purpose Primer
- LiquiTOP Epoxy Primer
- LiquiTOP Reactivation Primer
- LiquiTOP PVC Primer
For any other Bauder products, such as AVCLs, insulation, adhesives and related materials, discounts will need to be agreed separately with your Area Technical Manager.
What guarantees are available?
Product or back-to-back guarantees can be requested for 15 or 20 years without the requirement for a material verification visit for projects up to 100m².
If the project is more than 100m², a material verification visit will be required. This can be arranged by including the start date on the Guarantee Request Form and submitting the form before work starts on site.
The Guarantee Request Form is also attached to the accompanying email. Please follow the instructions on the form when requesting a guarantee.
For projects that fall outside these conditions, for example where a higher-level guarantee is required, please contact your Area Technical Manager for a project-specific specification.
How long will the quote be valid?
Quotes will be issued by the Bauder Sales Office and will remain valid for six months from the date of issue.
