New Parapet Outlets

To assist in reducing the number of parapet outlets required per roof area.

Bauder are pleased to announce, as part of our continued commitment to providing a comprehensive range of waterproofing accessories, the launch of new parapet outlets with improved flow rates and longer spigots for our RBM and Thermofol PVC Single Ply systems.

New Outlets Available from April 2023

Bauder Bitumen Letterbox Parapet Outlet DN 205

Supplied as standard with a stainless steel leaf guard and bituminous flange.

BauderTHERMOFOL PVC Letterbox Parapet Outlet DN 190

Supplied as standard with a stainless steel leaf guard and an anthracite-coloured flange.

These new outlets are being introduced as an addition to the existing outlet range.

Both letterbox outlets feature a 600mm spigot length and are designed to fit most commonly sized 250mm hoppers.

• RBM Letterbox Outlet Flow Rate: 2.02 l/s
• PVC Letterbox Outlet Flow Rate: 1.85 l/s

The membrane flanges on both products are fully compatible with their respective waterproofing systems and therefore form part of the Bauder warranty, including the waterproofing junction.

The letterbox outlets, complete with leaf guards, are supplied in cardboard boxes.

Bauder Bitumen Parapet Outlet DN 100

In addition to the new letterbox outlets, Bauder is also launching a stainless steel circular spigot parapet outlet for RBM systems.

Supplied as standard with a stainless steel leaf guard and bituminous flange.

Featuring a 600mm spigot, this outlet provides a flow rate of 1.06 l/s.

It has been introduced primarily for situations where a circular spigot is required for direct connection into pipework.

Parapet Outlet Pricing

These three new products will be included within the next RBM and Thermofol Price List update.

However, they are available to purchase immediately. Please contact your local Area Technical Manager or the Bauder Sales Department for pricing.

Drainage Calculations

The Bauder Technical Department can carry out drainage calculations to determine the number of Bauder outlets required for a specific roof area.
