Delivery

Check delivery upon the receipt of the goods against the delivery note. Bauder will not be liable for further costs in the case of subsequent deliveries if it is later discovered that any material is missing or damaged.

Bauder LiquiTOP and LiquiTOP products

Store unopened containers in a dry condition at a temperature of 5-25°C. Protect from frost and direct sunlight, and ambient temperatures above 25°C
Keep in a well-ventilated area
In winter, containers should be stored at room temperature before application wherever possible.
Reinforcement fleece for either system should be stored in its packaging in a dry condition. The plastic packaging is not waterproof.

LiquiTEC liquid products are supplied in ring clasp top tubs. The products will be supplied separately or on shrink-wrapped pallets. The products should be stored unopened in a dry condition at a temperature of 5-25°C, this will ensure the stated shelf-life and optimum installation characteristics. In winter, containers should be stored at room temperature before application wherever possible.

Bauder LiquiTEC 110g Reinforcement Fleece and LiquiTOP Glass Fibre Mat are supplied as a roll in a plastic liner and should be stored unopened in a dry condition at a temperature of 5-35°C. The packaging is not waterproof. Ensure that the product is protected from the weather and other sources of water.

Bauder insulation boards

All insulation boards must be kept dry, on pallets and off the ground. The packaging of Bauder insulation products should not be considered adequate for weather protection.
Store outdoors with suitable robust UV resistant, flame-retardant tarpaulin.
Ensure product(s) are located clear of buildings and any other storage areas.
Do not expose to a direct naked flame or other ignition sources, or to solvents or other chemicals.
If boards become wet, they must dry out naturally before installation. Do not dry the board facings with a gas torch
If storage containers are on site, these may be suitable for storing products.

All insulation boards must be kept dry, on pallets and off the ground. The packaging of Bauder insulation products should not be considered adequate for weather protection. The boards should be stacked clear of the ground and covered with suitable robust UV resistant, flame-retardant tarpaulin.
Insulation boards that have been allowed to get wet should be allowed to dry naturally before being used. Drying the board facings using a gas torch will cause delamination of the facing and affect the structural integrity of the board.
In addition, entrapped moisture within the board will lead to degradation of the insulation and loss of thermal performance will occur over time.

Bauder bitumen membranes (for warm roof installations)

Store outdoors, on end/upright and off the ground, cover with suitable robust UV resistant, flame-retardant tarpaulin.
Locate clear of buildings and any other storage areas.
If storage containers are on site, these may be suitable for storing products.
Self-adhesive membranes must be stored out of direct sunlight.

All rolls of bituminous waterproofing membranes should be stored on end to prevent deformation, which makes the product more difficult to install.
Self-adhesive membranes must be stored out of direct sunlight as the self-adhesive properties of the membrane are reduced when exposed to UV radiation. The function of the release film on the underside of the membrane could also be affected if stored in direct sunlight.

Primers and adhesives

Stored in a secure storage cage, unopened, in a dry condition and at a temperature stated on the Technical Data Sheet and/or Safety Data Sheet.
