Cold Applied Liquid systems
Liquid waterproofing systems are particularly suited for areas with a high degree of complex detailing and in constrained areas of access.
Specifying cold applied liquid systems
Cold applied liquid systems offer flexible waterproofing for new build construction and refurbishment projects. These systems provide seamless waterproofing over the whole area, forming easily around complex detailing for roofs, terraces, balconies, and walkways. They are completely cold applied, making them ideal for areas where hot works would be a risk.
We have adopted the new Code for Construction Product Information (CCPI) across our roofing portfolio to have information assessed for accuracy and clarity to ensure specifiers can rely on the information when selecting a Bauder cold liquid applied solution.
Cold applied liquid systems
There are two categories of cold applied liquid systems based on different core formulations. The first (Bauder LiquiTOP systems) is a single-component polyurethane (PU). The second (Bauder LiquiTEC systems) is based on two-component poly methyl methacrylate (PMMA) technology.
