New accessory product for waterproofing Soil Vent Pipes.
A range of specially designed stainless steel covers with integral membrane flanges to facilitate detailing to soil vent pipes on Bauder RBM, Thermofol, LiquiTEC and LiquiTOP flat roof systems.

Features and Benefits

Product Detail
Each unit is supplied in three sections:
- Part 1 – A stainless steel sleeve with a factory-bonded membrane flange which fits over the soil vent pipe.
- Part 2 – A twin-sleeve stainless steel pipe. The outer sleeve fits over Part 1, whilst the inner sleeve is pre-fitted with an 'O' ring which seals against the inside of the soil vent pipe.
- Part 3 – A stainless steel vented weather cowl.
Product Variants
Two membrane flange options are available:
- PVC Dark Grey – For Thermofol, LiquiTEC and LiquiTOP projects.
- Sand Finished Bitumen – For use with all RBM projects.
Three sizes are available:
- 110 – To suit modern soil vent pipes with a nominal diameter of 110mm.
- 250 – To suit 110mm soil vent pipes that display external surface irregularities.
- 160 – To suit soil vent pipes with a nominal diameter of 160mm.

The product features within the latest edition of the Bauder Price List.
There is no minimum order quantity.
All sizes are readily available from stock with a lead time of approximately 7 working days.
Products are supplied in cardboard boxes containing up to five units of the same type.
Product Specification
This product can be used within warm, cold and inverted roof specifications and will be included within the additional items section of Bauder-produced specifications where required.
Please ensure that the appropriate size and type of product is included within your pricing whenever specified, as it forms part of the waterproofing system guarantee.
Please note that this product is only suitable for soil vent pipes and must not be used for any other purpose, such as flue pipes.
Installation Instructions
It is imperative that the product is installed correctly to ensure that problems associated with condensation formation are avoided.
The Product Data Sheet includes a step-by-step installation guide.
It is particularly important to seal the membranes to the soil vent pipe before installing the SVP Cover. This provides a second line of defence should the 'O' ring seal ever be breached.
